Contrology Workouts
These group sessions reflect the principles developed by Joe and encourage students to build their independence in their individual programs. While the class is conducted in a group setting, students are still following their own programs while the instructor moves around the room offering personalized instruction. Students benefit from the collective energy of the class while still receiving personalized attention to refine technique. The emphasis on the Contrology principles created a holistic and supportive workout experience for all students. Minimum of 5 privates / semi privates prior to Contrology group classes
